When You Arrive

Our door remains locked between appointments to ensure privacy. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

Intake forms are emailed upon booking. Complete them online before arrival.

First-time guests are welcomed with a guided walk-through of our space.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge.

No-shows are charged the full appointment fee.

More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

A Grown-Up Retreat

For safety and serenity, we ask that you do not bring children or unbooked guests.

Respecting Our Shared Space

Please silence your phone upon arrival. Wear provided draping or modest garments during services. Shower before body treatments when possible.

Tipping & Payment

We appreciate your thoughtful gratuities. You may include tips at checkout, or utilize the provided envelopes in your room for a more personal touch.

Want a quiet experience? Choose “Silent Session” when booking. VIP Members may access the Sapphire Lounge before and after their appointments.
